Summary: – The People Manager will play a critical role in building and sustaining a high-performance culture at Blih Marketing and Communications. This role is responsible for developing people systems, driving employee performance, enhancing productivity, and ensuring
the company’s values are embedded across all levels. The People Manager will work
closely with leadership and team members to ensure that the company’s people
practices are organized, consistent, and aligned with day-to-day business needs

Work Detail :-

  1. Design, implement, and continuously improve HR and people systems (e.g. Onboarding, learning & development, performance management, career progression).
  2. Develop frameworks, policies, and SOPs that support scalability and efficiency within a growing marketing agency.
  3. Introduce productivity-enhancing tools and processes to streamline collaboration and communication.
  4. Lead the design and execution of a robust performance management system(goal-setting, feedback cycles, OKRs/KPIs, and evaluations).
  5. Partner with department heads to track and improve team and individual performance
  6. Identify productivity bottlenecks and implement initiatives to optimize workflows.
  7. Build a culture of continuous learning through training programs, mentorship initiatives, and career development paths
  8. Support managers in coaching, feedback, and leadership development.
  9. Create succession planning strategies to ensure continuity in critical roles.
  10. Champion company values and embed them into all HR practices.
  11. Design and execute engagement initiatives to strengthen employee satisfaction and retention.
  12. Implement well-being and work-life balance initiatives tailored to the fast-paced marketing environment.
  13. Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and scaling strategy.
  14. Lead change management initiatives to align people practices with business growth and market demands.
  15. Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to leadership on talent and culture trends.
  16. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR best practices.
  17. Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and documentation.
  18. Develop policies that safeguard diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee rights

Job requirement

Education Background:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.

English Requirement:- Excellent

Level of technical titles:- –

Work experience requirement Two-year management experience or above

Knowledge and skills requirement

  1. Proven experience designing and implementing performance and productivity systems.
  2. Demonstrated ability to support organizational growth and change.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR systems, performance management frameworks, and organizational development practices.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  5. Strategic thinker with a problem-solving and systems-building mindset.
  6. Data-driven decision-making skills (comfortable with KPIs, analytics, and dashboards).
  7. High emotional intelligence, integrity, and empathy.
