Summary:- The Junior Production Specialist supports the creative team in delivering high-quality visual content across all stages of production. This role involves hands-on participation in pre-production planning, production execution, and post-production processes, ensuring that all visual outputs meet the agency’s standards and client expectations.

Work Detail:-

  1. Collaborate with the creative team and Art Director to plan projects and define production needs.
  2. Prepare mood boards, shot lists, and creative briefs to guide visual storytelling.
  3. Plan and organize required equipment, props, and locations for production.
  4. Executing shoots, coordinating other creative team members.
  5. Ensure that visual content aligns with creative briefs and agency standards.
  6. Work on editing footage and images, including rough cuts, color grading, sound, and effects.
  7. Collaborate with team members to refine final outputs and produce compelling visual content.
  8. Communicate effectively with the Art Director and other creative team members throughout all stages of production.
  9. Contribute ideas and feedback to enhance project quality and efficiency.
  10. Maintain organized records of project assets, edits, and production materials

Job requirement

Education Background:- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).

English Requirement:- Excellent

Level of technical titles:- Junior to Mid-Level

Work experience requirement One-year experience or above

Knowledge and skills requirement

  1. Familiarity with production planning, shooting, and post-production workflows.
  2. Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).
  3. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to collaborate effectively within a creative team environment.
  5. Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to high-quality visual storytelling.
  6. Creative mindset with practical production knowledge.
  7. Adaptable and proactive in solving challenges during production.
  8. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  9. Passion for creating compelling visual content that supports brand storytelling.
