Summary: – To lead and inspire Blih Marketing’s creative vision, ensuring strategic alignment across all design, branding, and multimedia initiatives. The Creative Director will champion innovation, elevate the brand’s visual identity, and oversee the creation of high-impact campaigns that support business growth, client satisfaction, and team excellence.
Work Detail:-
- Set and own the overarching creative direction of the company.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with Blih’s mission to become Ethiopia’s leader in data-driven marketing.
- Supervise and mentor Art Directors, Designers, Digital Marketers, and Creative Producers.
- Promote a collaborative, idea-driven culture across teams and projects.
- Translate client briefs into innovative, effective creative strategies.
- Collaborate with other teams to align messaging with data insights.
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Research teams to align messaging with data insights.
- Maintain consistency across all visual and content-based communications.
- Oversee the development of branded materials for internal and external use.
- Present concepts and strategic rationale to clients.
- Represent the creative function in pitch meetings and high-profile client engagements.
Job requirement
Education Background:- BSC or above, Major Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (master’s preferred).
English Requirement:- Excellent
Level of technical titles / Work experience requirement:- Senior/ More than 5 years
