Summary: – lead and nurture client relationships, oversee major projects, and act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams. This role is critical in ensuring successful project delivery, strong client satisfaction, and scalable growth. You will work closely with the creative, digital, and business development teams to translate client needs into effective strategies and deliverables.

Work Detail:-

  1. Facilitate smooth onboarding of newly signed clients, setting expectations and aligning on deliverables.
  2. Lead communication with key clients, oversee ongoing projects, and manage account teams to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  3. Set project scopes, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the business development team; ensure timely and quality delivery.
  4. Guide and collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency, clarity, and that work aligns with client expectations.
  5. Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners through regular check-ins, reviews, and proactive problem-solving.
  6. Lead and participate in regular meetings with existing clients, potential clients, and strategic partners.
  7. Prepare tailored proposals, pitch decks, and bid documents that clearly articulate value and align with client goals.
  8. Work cross-functionally with the strategy, creative, and production teams to ensure internal alignment and client success.

Job requirement

Education Background:- BSC or above, Major in Marketing and communication

English Requirement:- Excellent

Level of technical titles / Work experience requirement:- More than 5 years

Knowledge and skills requirement

  1. Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  2. Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  3. Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and online research tools.
  4. MS-Office knowledge
  5. Teamwork and Dedication
  6. Familiarity with branding, digital marketing, and campaign management
  7. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
