Summary: – Responsible for shaping the future of Blih, tech, and growth direction. This role sits on the innovation, bridging creativity, technology, and strategy to deliver measurable results for our clients and for Blih Marketing & Comm. itself.
Work Detail:–
- Facilitate cross-department strategy sessions (creative, digital, tech, business development, and legal).
- Translate client briefs and business objectives into actionable, measurable strategies.
- Ensure all campaigns and proposals align with the agency’s brand voice, values, and growth objectives.
- Research and analyze target industries and market opportunities for both prospective and existing clients.
- Develop tailored marketing and growth strategies based on market trends and client goals.
- Collaborate with account managers to refine client approaches and improve campaign performance.
- Manage the end-to-end proposal development process, from research to creative strategy to presentation.
- Prepare and present high-quality, data-driven, and visually compelling pitch decks.
- Collect and incorporate client and internal feedback to improve proposal quality and win rates.
- Propose and implement new service models, tools, and growth strategies that strengthen Blih’s competitive position.
- Benchmark global and regional agency trends to keep Blih at the forefront of innovation.
- Lead periodic internal reviews to evaluate agency performance and strategy alignment.
- Partner with the Legal Team to assess the legal feasibility of new strategies, products, and marketing projects.
- Ensure proposed campaigns and partnerships align with local and international regulations.
- Integrate AI tools and automation systems into marketing strategies, campaign optimization, and research.
- Use AI for data analysis, market insights, content generation, and creative ideation.
- Train internal teams on effective and ethical use of AI for strategic and operational excellence.
- Define success metrics for all strategies and proposals.
- Collaborate with the Digital and Tech teams to create dashboards or systems for tracking campaign performance.
- Present regular strategy performance reports and insights to leadership.
Job requirement
Education Background BSC or above, Major in Marketing and business strategy
English Requirement:- Excellent
Level of technical titles / Work experience requirement More than 3 years
Knowledge and skills requirement
- Strong business development and strategic experience, preferably in the Marketing and Communications Industry.
- Proficiency in bid/tender preparation and proposal writing.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and online research tools.
